General Description
Position: Executive Assistant to the CEO
Pay: $23.00 - $25.00/hour
Duration: Temp to Hire (Long-term)
Schedule: Full-time / Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm
Main Duties:
* Answer incoming calls
* Screen emails and phone/text messages throughout the day
- Prioritize important information/needs
- Decipher what the Assistant can handle versus forwarding to CEO
- Return calls/messages and correspond to emails
* Provide Executive Administrative Support to the CEO, including:
- Manage complex schedule
- Calendar management
- Resolve any scheduling issues
- Schedule various meetings
- Daily / Weekly reminders about meetings and upcoming events
- Coordinate travel arrangements (Flights & Hotels)
* Prepare for meetings and presentations
* Working in MS Suites (Word / Excel / Outlook / Teams)
* Manage ad hoc projects including tracking and updates
* Draft correspondence/memos on behalf of the CEO
* Take notes during various meetings and while on phone calls or Zoom
* Generating reports and gathering data as requested
* Run errands as needed
Skills / Qualifications:
* A minimum of 1-2 years of prior Executive Assistant/Administrative/Reception/Secretarial experience
* A High School diploma or Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
* Highly Organized and detail-oriented
* Effective communication
* Very high level of confidentiality
* Ability to prioritize tasks
* Tech saavy
* Good phone etiquette
* Works independently
* Trustworthy
* Problem solving ability
* Professional demeanor
* Workable knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word
